By accessing or using All Expenses Paid ("the Service"), operated by WisePenny Software Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
All Expenses Paid is a web-based expense management platform that allows users to track expenses, import bank statements, categorize transactions using AI, scan receipts using AI-powered image recognition, generate reports, and manage team expenses. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various tiers (Trial, Basic, Personal Pro, Business Pro, Enterprise, Enterprise Plus).
Certain features (transaction categorization, receipt scanning) use third-party AI services (OpenAI) to process your data. By using these features, you acknowledge that transaction descriptions and receipt images will be transmitted to OpenAI for processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy. These AI features are optional and available on Pro+ plans.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial period expires, your account will switch to view-only mode until you subscribe to a paid plan. Your data is preserved during and after the trial.

You retain full ownership of your financial data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the content you enter into the Service. You can export all your data at any time using the Backup feature.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. All Expenses Paid is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on data in the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
